All divine spiritual communication uses the frequencies of the heart, much like a radio tuner. Our hearts send out signals from our unique multidimensional bandwidth; it resonates beyond all mental processes of communication. Dropping into heart coherence begins with a practice of connecting to your divine inner being.
This connection doesn't have to be technical. We use our intention and intuition to initiate the process. As trust begins to develop, a new language for this higher conscious connection begins to take shape. This sort of communication is quantum and unlike 3-dimensional translations. Our sensory interface usually requires some fine tuning to sense beyond the daily mental static or frequency interference in order to find a clear signal. Using these higher dimensional attunements, your harmonizing frequencies can flow gracefully and your spirit guidance can begin to present itself in your life.
Meditation is my preferred process to start with, but divine communication is available in numerous ways. Once someone has made an intention to strengthen their inner connection, it is always accessible. It can be found while humming as you do dishes or sitting quietly in traffic. Even grocery shopping can become an enlightened moment!
How we connect to our source will be different for everyone, depending on each person's beliefs and vibrational permissions. (Those neural pathways that allow light to flow through) Religion gives us language for light to flow through but it can also cause us to constrict other pathways that our faith has taught us is wrong or evil. Know thyself is about finding these areas where light has been denied. (Because whatever you damn will damn you back)
Strong vibrational framework helps us send light signals into those darker pathways; expanding our radio tower and tuning us to even more divine frequencies. From here we broadcast our light and love into our entire system, activating a new magnetic point of attraction.

My goal as a quantum programmer has been to upgrade and optimize these light code activations, making them accessible to everyone during this time of ascension. Fortunately, there are so many solar codes (soul-are-codes) that are flooding the planet right now that its recalibrating all the old systems.
